1. Scope of listing. In addition to participating merchants, the Service may list factual information — including name, location, business hours, and category — about establishments that do not participate in the Service ("Non-Participating Establishments"). Listing does not require the participation or consent of the establishment concerned.
2. Nature of listed information. The factual information displayed, together with user-generated content (ratings, comments, and edit proposals), constitutes publicly available information or statements made by users. The Operator does not warrant its accuracy or completeness.
3. Requests from establishment representatives. A representative of an establishment may submit a request to the Operator concerning any of the following. The Operator will provide an initial response within five (5) business days of receiving the request.
4. Operator's discretion. The Operator retains discretion to continue, correct, make private, or remove any listing, in light of this Article, applicable law, and the purpose of the Service.
5. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable in respect of the listing of Non-Participating Establishments or of user-generated content.
